Tutorial for Ploppers or Kits

Are there any tutuorials on how to use Ploppers or Kits with Adobe Photoshop or Jasc Paintshop?

Have you looked at our Basic Page Tutorials? There are a few instructions in there about how to use pre-made embellishments. It's basically just a matter of drag and drop. :)

My 100 series classes (PS, PSP, PSE) covers using and altering premade elements in Lesson 4: how to open, drag/drop, modify, cut, recolor, resize, etc, as well as how to make a few simple elements, and photo restoration.

All those things that people think should be easy and are afraid to ask, but there are a lot of cool tricks to playing with these!

That said, in its simplest form, it's just as Amanda said: "A matter of drag and drop!" Except in PSP...that's open, copy, and paste!
