I'm new. It looks like fun. But I'm not sure how to go about doing it. I found a link for a 10/11 challenge. Is it over already? Help! I wanna fandango too (if I can!) Thanks!

You can join in any time and you can do any of the challenges you want, just post the links in the most current challenge thread so that we are sure to see it. The 10/11 challege is for this week and is still ongoing.

What's a BOILERRRRRRRRR??????????????????:D ( In my younger years on the farm, a boiler was a chook that was too old and tough to roast, so it had to be boiled until tender:D:D::D)

:D :D :D :D :D I love it. Grinning from ear to ear on my side of the computer here.

I was there 92-96. And although I have the student loans and tons of credit hours to show for it, no degree. :( Someday maybe. We're in Tulsa now. Miss home desperately, which was central IN. Hubby is a EE alumn, grad'd in '95.

And correct me if I'm wrong, but you're an ILP'er too right?

A BOILERRRRRRRRR :D is a Boilermaker. As in Purdue University. www.purdue.edu The Boilermaker is our mascot.

Oh Ok, thanks, so pleased you and Suz are not old chooks waiting for the boiler:D:D:D (chook is a chicken by the way, don't know if that expression is world wide or just an Aussieism:D)

I feel like an old chook sometimes. LOL I kind of figured out it was a chicken, though I think perhaps it is an Aussieism.

Love your chicken impersonation, Purdue Liz, but that chicken sounds far too young, sprightly and sexy to be ready for the boiler yet! Can I do lunch with you (cyber lunch that is)? I would be so CHUFFED to do lunch with you and Suzzzzzzzzzz!!!!!!!!!!!!!
