Oh, that is beautiful! I've tried printing on vellum before but it didn't stick. Does anyone know of a brand of vellum that's printable on an ink jet printer? Or do I need to spray it with a fixative of some kind to keep the ink from rubbing off? I'd really like to try out this centrepiece. I'll be sure to link back here if I'm successful.

Thanks!!! This would be a GREAT idea for Thanksgiving and all those family members who couldn't be there. And what a GREAT in rememberance of gift this would be. My mom's mom died several years ago, and she still has a hard time around the holidays. This might be a great gift for her.

This is fantastic, will be great for Christmas to include Christmas layouts from prior year of family that will not be able to join us this year. Has anyone mastered the printing on vellum?

I got the vellum paper at Staples (hope i can say.. if not SORRY)Not in the paper area but in the paper scrapping area. Ask for help.
It is GENERATIONS ADHESIVE VELLUM--CLEAR--- it is for ink jet printers.I let it dry over night, the only thing i had trouble with was when i was cutting it the pic wrinkled a little, but looks great!oh , make sure your printer settings are set to specially paper.Hope this helps some.

I bought a A4 size pad of tracing paper once and printed on that really well when the vellum I had didnt take the ink. I used it to make overlays for my nieces engagement invitations. I printed the wording on it and placed it over a photo of them. After all that effort the wedding didn't eventuate! I dont think my invitations had anything to do with it though. :)
