I have looked and searched the web for instructions on how to journal within a shape and not go beyond the borders. I haven't found anything other then text following a curve or circle, I need instructions on how to fill a circle or other shape with text.
Can anyone direct me to a good tutorial for PSP8. I don't want to waste anymore time looking....

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me...

For PSP9 (probally 8 too) Draw either a vector line or a shape with the shape tool. Make sure your vector layer is selected and click on the "A" for text. When you move your cursur over the vector object the curser will change from and "A" with the little target to an "A" with a little curved line. Click on the vector object with your text tool (with the little curved line) This will make the text follow your vector.

Reminder: You can only make text follow a VECTOR line or shape. Also make your line or shape a different color than your text so that you can delete it easier.

Hope that helps!

Those instructions are fine for "following a path". For actually filling the shape with text, you'd have better luck using Word's TextArt/WordArt feature.

Can't be done *easily* in PSP, you'd need to hit return after every line, and do a lot of tweaking to get an end result you're happy with...
