I was getting confused and thought that I should have one spot where all the challenges were listed. The great thing about a challenge like this is that you can join in at anytime and do things in any order you like. Happy Faithbooking!! :)
1. Share the story of how you became a Christian (or Muslim, Buddhist, etc.)
2. Share the story of your Baptism (or similar outward sharing your faith)
3. Ten (10) things you like/appreciate about God
4. Describe a time you heard God's voice (perhaps he "spoke" to you through scripture, another person, worship, a church service, a dream, etc.).
5. Describe a time of suffering and explain how God revealed his grace.
6. Describe the most direct experience (or one of the most direct experiences) you’ve had of God (spine-tingling sense he was present, joyous worship, conversion, inner sense of his presence, answer to prayer...whatever...even none!).
7. Describe your prayer spot(s)
8. Scrap the words to a favorite song or hymn
9. Finish the statement 'I believe...'
10. What does 'Peace' mean to you?
11. How do your activities during Christmas reflect your faith ? (or during your religion's special holiday)
12. Do you have a goal in regards to your faith for this year?
13. What is a question that you have for God?
14. How do you feel about sharing your faith?
15. Talk about way(s) that God has blessed you.
16. Choose (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/forum/showthread.php?p=303321#post303321)a quote and scrap it.
17. Talk about feeling 'phony' in your faith.
18. Write about the concept of 'daily surrender' or 'taking up your cross daily'.
19. What's your favorite Bible story and why?
20. When have you been in a situation where God's timing was very different from your own?
21. Write a psalm of thanksgiving to God.
22. Write about an experience in your faith within the last year that was meaningful to you and then set a goal or talk about what you want for your faith in the next year.
23. Pour out yourself in a love letter to God.
24. Talk about Easter and the importance of the holiday to you and your faith.
25. Talk about your personal struggles and how your faith helps you deal with them.
26. Tell about a situation that might have looked like coincidence, but you know God was involved.
27. Share with us your 'cardboard testimony'.

I've done #4... a time you heard God's voice... and posted it in the Faithbook gallery. I'm not that great a writer but I hope the journaling is understandable enough for you to get what I'm saying. I agree with Tink2Zoe... these challange do stretch you!

Ann, I don't know how you can say that!! Your page just struck a chord with me, I guess. And I'm glad that we're all being 'stretched'...isn't that part of our faith walk too?
Glynis:
I just found this and want to do the challenge. Where do I start? I have never done a challenge before.

Hi Lori.... I'm not Glyniss, but thought I'd answer... I just jumped in and started on the most current challenge and then have been going back and doing the others as the mood strikes me. You can upload them to the Faithbook Gallery (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=146579&cat=500&ppuser=30989) and come back here and post a link in this thread so we can come see them.
Look forward to seeing your layouts.... welcome to dsp!
Where do I fine the clipart? There are some beautiful layouts I see! Like your coverpage, where did you fine those beautiful graphics?

Lori, I'm excited to have you join us!! For photos I love Stock XChange (http://www.sxc.hu/).
And Ann's right....just jump in wherever you want and complete them whenever you can. (This is a low-key, stress-free challenge!) :)
This is such a great idea to pass down through the family. This should be fun! I haven't been able to do much digital scrapbooking, I get so stumped in PSP X. But this would be a good challenge to play with. Thanks for the invite and help.
Hugs,
Margie

I seem to be jumping around the list of challenges, but that's okay I guess. I finally did #1 and it ended up in three parts. So, here's In the beginning (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=157809&cat=1120), In the middle (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=157811&cat=1120), and In the end of the beginning (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=157810&cat=1120).

I've been reading through the Faithbook Challenge thread and I've been loving the layouts I've seen in the Faithbook Gallery.
I know this challenge is not new, but is it okay to still do it and post layouts? (I only discovered this challenge a couple of weeks ago when I was sifting through stuff in the Forums.)
Just thought I'd ask...

Hi Vivvi, Sure jump on in and get your feet wet. I don't think I started doing them until the 7th or 8th one.

We'd love to have you join us! Pick a challenge...there's no order or rules here. My goal is to get all of us thinking about how we can share our faith with our children and others in our lives. So take it in any direction you want!
I'll be posting the next challenge in a day or two...be prepared! :)

Hi gracelikerain, and ladies in this thread. I've been thinking of starting a Daily Affirmation book and wondered if I could incorporate it in my faith book. I really think that this is the right time in my life to record my journey that you've so helpfully laid out. Whilst looking into the past to bring me to where I am now will bring a freshness (if that's the right word) to my beliefs and enable me to re-establish my contact with God; and to take a look at myself now, where I am and where I'm going.
Thank you for providing this opportunity and for your support. I'll think a little on this and then I WILL start my journal. What a good time to start as we lead up to Easter. Mo

I think this is such a neat idea. I was kind of scanning and thought, hey, I'd really like to give this a shot! I went a little overboard on the journaling, though. 4. Communication (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=199622&cat=1120)
I was going to go in order, but that story just kind of kept coming out of my keyboard.
Thank you for this fabulous idea! I'm looking forward to doing one (though I'm a little behind, by the looks of things!)
Edit; and now I've got two pages done! 9. Belief (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=199641&cat=1120)

I ran across this challenge, looking for something (because I'm bored). It just never crossed my mind (I've only been scrapping for about 6 months) to do a journaling page with no pictures...!! What a concept, huh?? :) I can't wait to get started on this challenge. What will I find out about myself?? I'm excited to see!! Thanks for the inspiration!
