Commercial License question - Use in business websites

I think the answer is probably going to be "yes, you need a commercial license", but I know darned well my mother's going to ask me this when I see her in a few weeks so I might as well get the absolute answer on it.

If I were to design a website for a business (my grandmother's new book/gift shop) and use DSP products in the site design (but not for any of the store's merchandise!), does that require a commercial license?

yes, it's for a business site intended to sell merchandise, so you would need one. :)
