Descriptives...I need your input

I am doing a series of chipboard words that are descriptives...like word associations...could you all help me with the words?

for example...I say GIRL
you say...
beautiful
sweetie
cutie pie
daddy's girl
etc....

here are some catagories

GIRL
BOY
MOM
DAD
GRANDMA
GRANDPA
FRIENDS
CHRISTMAS
VALENTINES DAY
BABY
PREGNANCY

if you can think of more than by all means start a new catagory and list some words to go with...

to do this would help if you go

BOY....rugged, handsome, tough, etc....
in other words....catagory in ALL CAPS followed by ..... then words seperated by commas.
