Can someone direct me to a tutorial about making fibers in PSE2? I can't quite figure it out.

Not sure if this is what you want, but there is a "fuzzy fibre" tutorial here:

Looks like Emma's class in February is going to cover it as well (I can't wait!)

Yes, that's a good tutorial. In my PSE class I tweaked the settings on that brush in PS to be better for fibers and along with a lot of others (12 total) made a set of good fiber brushes for PSE. Thanks to Jennifer who did the PS7 brushes to be compatible with PSE2, and to Lauren for making sure I had checked that.

Lesson 4 is completely about fibers and fabric.
