I love the beginning of this layout...

http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=151228&cat=500&ppuser=44506

But so far, everything I've tried to add just doesn't seem to help it much.

Any suggestions?? Thanks soooo much!

I love your LO - so pretty! I think you could add a shiny silver element or a pretty doodle to the right top corner and that will pull it all together!

I just love this, it's beautiful. I agree something silver in the corner, or maybe some ribbon making a corner, with a charm dangling.

I love your layout. Love how you did those strips... Going to have to keep that in mind. The only thing that I would work on is maybe the title... I kind of would like to see it in a metal/silver alpha. or maybe a chipboard or some type of bigger letter. And then you could seperate pretty in and pink and do pink larger than pretty in... maybe two different alphas? Anyway just an idea to try... might not work at all!

Your layout is lovely - I like the suggestions above. I also wonder about adding a small mat to the photo to make it pop more against the background?

Very nice - but how did you do the stripes with stitching? Are the stitches and each stripe - individual elements - created with Elements? or what?

The stitches in the quilt are included in the Angled quilt strips template (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=4484) . The stitches around the picture are from somewhere else.
