If you all don't know about swaps, you sign up and get matched with a partner. Each of you will trade photos and scrap a layout using the photos for the person. You will then send them the full version copy to their email. They will do the same for you. It's alot of fun and I have gotten some great layouts from swaps.

so, would you like to sign up? Sign up time will be from today until next Sunday. (January 7th)

After I close the sign up, I will post everyone with their partner. You have until January 31st to post your layouts. I will try to pair up everyone with a new partner each time. Please post your layouts to the digital swaps gallery.

They will use the kits that they have. You will send a selection of photos and any information you would like to have included on your LO.

In the past, I have sent a wide selection of pictures and let my partner choose which one(s) they wanted to work with. Once the selection was made, I gave them date, etc about that picture.

YAY!! more sign ups!

Yes, it is pretty simple. :) Basically, all you do is sign up. Pick some photos that you would like to have scrapped. I will assign you a partner. You and the partner will exchange email addresses through PM. (please dont post your private information on the forum). You send each other the pictures, along with any type of journaling, dates, size you scrap, colors you like/dislike.. and then each of you scrap the photos that you have traded. Try to make something you think your partner will love, but also keep in mind that this is not a contest. You do not have to feel intimidated. We are all just scrapping together for fun and inspiration.

Once you've finished, please email the full version of the layout to your partner. Post the layout to the Digital Swaps Gallery by the 31st. Voila! That's it. :)

It is really alot of fun and usually everyone has ample photos to share. If you think you can't scrap the photos, please do ask for something else.

If you sign up, please be sure you can do the layout. I don't want to see anyone left out.

I still want to do this, but I'm warning my partner whoever they may be - my aunt passed away this morning and I have been asked by my uncle to make a couple of montages for the funeral service. I did this for my grandmother's funeral and he wants something along those lines - I think. So, anyway, I'm going to be tied up with that this week and with the funeral and family later in the week. But I will try to check in, and I will definitely be back by next weekend.
