I am switching from PC windows to an Apple mac and presently use Picasa, which I LOVE. Unfortunately it is not mac friendly. What other program comes close to Picasa to organize my scrapbook element files? Please help, I'm lost.

You could try this:
ACDSee for Mac (http://www.soft32.com/download_104490.html)
No idea what it is like for the Mac. I am currently trialling the Windows version and have been impressed.
Don't Macs come with iphoto (http://www.apple.com/ilife/iphoto/) already on it? In which case, that might serve your needs :)

I just switched to the Mac also and have been using iphoto. I think it will work well for me. Also when I posted a question about the Macs a couple weeks ago, one of the responses was to use iphoto to organize your digital elements as well as the photos. I'm playing with that a bit, but have been please with how iphoto is working for organizing the photos. Use key words and create new ones and it should work well for you.

I love the Mac and am glad I made the switch.

Good Luck!

I think I might have gotten to nervous to fast about this organizing, all my searches came uo with iphoto. Also found a free download called iphotobuddy that helps to organize even a little easier. Its a add on for iphoto for organizing multiple folders with easy access. Thanks for all your responses.
