wedding shower ideas

i love digital photography and scrapping and love to make and do stuff with them for parties etc....since all of you out there always seem to have some great ideas i am asking you if you have any ideas for a wedding shower???? my daughter and I are making a wedding shower for her best friend from growing up days ( who was also a brides maid at my daughters wedding) and we are looking for some fun and creative ideas.... using photos, digi stuff etc.... anyone have anything to share???? ideas for centerpieces, favors, games etc using photos etc.....

btw...heres one of my ideas i did for my daughters shower.... i have friends and relatives from bride and groom side send or email me a photo of themselves with my daughter and a recipe... i put a book together with each persons recipes, some stories about the recipe or an experience with my daughter etc and the photo...made it into a "real " bound book on cafepress.....table of contents, chapters etc.... it was a total surprise for my daughter and then when she opened it at the shower ....i surprised all the guests and gave one out to each of the guests ( they all felt like they were on oprah...lol!)

Well I actually made a scrapbook for a friend. Let a page blank for the people to write their sentiments and then had one person in charge of taking a picture of the bride to be with each guest (or 2) to put in the page opposite. I thought it turned out pretty cute. I also did the same thing for my cousings wedding and will go ahead and put some of the pics in my gallery for you later today.

My friends was using gerberas as her flowers so I also took some picture of one and then matted them with a saying about love and used that as decoration with vases and silk gerberas next to them. I think they looked pretty nice and went well with the theme.

I love showers so I would love to hear more.
