like they are scripted on the page. You know when its like a magic wand has just flown over the page and inserted the lettering?? That's not a great way to describe it I don't guess but that's the way I see it. Thanks!!
I'm using PSP X!

Is there a layout here in the gallery with what you are describing? that might help someone understand what you mean.

i don't think I'm answering your question correctly, but one of my favorite fonts is Scriptina. It's lovely for script lettering.

I'm still looking for a layout with this kind of technique, I swear I've seen it hundred times and now I can't find it. LOL Thanks!!

Sounds like you're thinking of a floating effect....that would be created by using drop shadows?

Yeah, it does look like that. How do you get a drop shadow onto the text? I can't seem to do anything neat with my text in my program. (I'm new to it.) I can do more in the Scrapbook programs but I would LOVE to learn in PSP X Thanks!!

In PSPX Drop Shadows are very simple. Go to Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow. Make sure the correct layer is highlighted and if it is text it will tell you it is changing from Vector to Raster and you tell it ok and then it's done.

You can also make the text pop more by adding 3D/inner bevel. Scriptina is a lovely flourishing type of script like Kate said (6poptarts), good for weddings. :)
