Deleting Duplicates

Would someone please point me in the direction of a program that will help me delete duplicate photos? Thanks!

I just delete one by one or hold down Ctrl and hit several files, then right click and delete all the selected ones in Windows. I dont know if there's a program that can tell if you have more than one file the same, usually you can't save anything with the same name and type in the same area without getting a prompt. If you have a lot of duplicates of the same photo but with different names I dont know if a program could just pick them out by the look of them. Sorry I'm not much help! :)
