Ok, well, there wasn't espresso, but we did give ourselves a challenge! :)

We decided to create a layout using any of Kim's kits (and hopefully Kim will be willing to give a bonus for any done) and, if you so choose - not a requirement - to add in yourself as a flatty - some ideas were travel related - where would you like to send your flatty???

Have fun with this!!!!!! :yahoo:

What in the world is a flattie?

mom2-3 there was a fun bunch of grannys that made themselves into paperdolls with their own heads that went to the Anaheim convention last weekend with some of the members that attended. Lauraloub came up with the idea based on the children's story about Flat Stanley. There is a flatty gallery and lot of layouts around that show all the fun we had. I made a simple little quick click template for anyone that needed one to make their flatty. It is in my gallery but I'm not sure if the usendit link still works but you can see what the general idea is and look at the examples.

Oh dear...I'm the first one to finish a LO for Macchiato! Ann.... are you seeing this? :-) But, no place to link to yet...so I'm linking here. Hope that's ok:

This looks a little drab next to those fantastic flatties. I'm not doing those cause got to finish my calendar. Hope using the newer cursive calendar months by Kim will qualify for a posting bonus if there is one (I will take a photo of the completed calendar after it's bound...today) :-)
