Would like opinion on Shadows

I look at this layout and part of me thinks the shadows are a little too heavy. Would like to know what others think. I think it looks good. The photos on the bottom I seem to notice the shadows more - if you wanted to make the drop shadows even smaller I think it would be good! Wonderful layout!

Thank you for all the wonderful comments. It really helped. Sorry I didn't get here sooner. This is the 1st time I've been able to sit down and scrap.
