When a page is uploaded to a gallery, how do you really get people to see your page to comment? Its only up on the recently submitted page for a couple of minutes. How would someone notice your gallery or your page? Here is a page I just finished using a kit downlowded here.

From what I've found the LOs you do for challenges and that you post a link in a thread tend to get noticed the most...
I guess the best is to get people into your gallery by posting some LOs that are for challenges and then hope they keep commenting on the other LOs you've done...
Also, the more you comment on other people's, the more comments you will get...I know that everytime I get a comment I try to go and add a comment to a LO that I really like in the gallery of who commented on mine...
I know we all feel good when we get a lot of comments, so it's just nice to share the love :)

There are a couple of ways you can promote your layouts to get more comments.
First, as velvetShimmer already said, participate in challenges. When you do a challenge layout, be sure to go back to the challenge thread and post a link to your layout. Lots of people will see your post in the thread and you'll get a few comments.
Second, put a link to your layout gallery in your signature. Here's a link to the tutorial that tells you how to edit your signature:

Last, for layouts that haven't gotten many comments, you can go to the "Feed the Hungry Layouts" thread in the General Scrapbooking forum. If you do this, though, you must be willing to spend some time commenting other layouts. The way the thread works is you post a link or two to your layouts and people will comment on them. In return, you have to go to each layout that someone else posts in the thread and post comments on their layouts. Cybergram starts a new "Feed the Hungry" thread every day. Here's the link to the one for today:

Thank you for all the info...I have been trying to comment more and I'm enjoying seeing everyone's work. I'm still a little too new to feel comfortable with a challenge. Not up to that yet :) I'm also SLOW.
Not complaining about the amount of comments only trying to understand the site. Thanks, I'll be "seeing" you here more often.
