Create a Card Challenge

I figured since I had to make cards for people in my life, I am probably not the only one. So this challenge is fairly simple. Use any of the kits listed below to create a card for someone in your life. It doesn't have to be a Valentine's Day card, although 'tis the season for those, it can also be an anniversary, birthday, or new baby card.

This challenge will run from today until February 15th at midnight DSP time. There is a posting bonus, which I will post a preview of just as soon as it's polished. Also, the person who posts the most cards (using the kits listed below), will receive their choice of my items in the store.

Here's No 1 for me: Flynn's 4th Birthday Card (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=162912&nocache=1). Love the colours in the Mi Sobrino page kit and add on pack.

In this case I made a 12x12 inch layout first and then reduced to make the 4x4 card. Tina's Designed By Word Art (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=158&products_id=4492) is perfect for the backs of cards.

Thanks Becky! It was actually 36 but who's counting? lol. Good thing there was a deadline or I would still be making cards, it got a little addictive, (one more...just one more). I was surprised how much I enjoyed that, never would have thought to make a lot of cards all at once.

Please I'm begging no more "most of" contests, I think I have my quota of addictions now. :D Although with such a lovely prize it was well worth it and now I have a big bunch of cards all ready to print for those times you need a card so this was a great idea! I refrained from shopping for your newest kit so I would have something to ask for. lol. I would love the new kit as the prize and thanks for the great posting bonus!

Great challenge, Becky. I've just bought Love's Elegance for the Ann Maree's Fill the Shaker Challenge; now I can use it to make some cards - It's a shame Valentines Day has gone by as this was mine and Malc's wedding anniversary. Well, I can keep what I do till next year! Mo :)

Oh dear - several hours later - I realise that this challenge has finished. Never mind I'll definitely join in the next one! :(
