Anyone doing LA Weight Loss??

I know there are a bunch of folks doing WW but I was wondering if anyone was doing LA Weight Loss?? I've been on the program for 2 weeks as of today and have lost 6 lbs-yeah!!! So far I'm loving the program and getting used to the lifestyle change I have to make. I'm also going to the gym 3-4 times a week-30 minutes on the treadmill then about 20 minutes doing the weight machines.

Anyway I'd love to "chat" with anyone else on LAWL-share tips, recipes, motivation etc! :D

Hey.... I'm not doing lawl (ww for me) but just wanted to say great job on the loss and wish you luck. My sister has done lawl before. Maybe you could post your weekly losses (and struggles) to this thread and then those of us doing a different program could at least come and cheer you on.

Thanks Ann! I will probably do that-hopefully some other LAWLers will come along-I know there must be more out there-lol!!
I weighed in today-I'm into week 4 as of this past Saturday-and I'm down another 2.8 lbs for a total of 9.2 lbs-so wooohooo! I did have a GS cookie this weekend-a Tagalong-my favorite since I was a GS myself! But I was proud of myself for only having one-I slowly enjoyed it and really wasn't tempted to have anymore. Then over the weekend my dd and dh took care of the rest of the box so I don't have to worry about them anymore!

Hi Jena! I did WW before I got pregnant with my daugther 2 years ago, and I lost almost 15 pounds. She's 15 months old now. I'm debating on doing WW again or trying LAWL. What's your opinion on it? It looks like you're having great success with LAWL. I am also a firefighter's wife, so I borrowed your blinkie... hope you don't mind. My husband is a volunteer firefighter, but he's trying to get hired on a paid department. He has his application in at several departments locally.
