To Sleep, Perchance to Dream (Deadline Saturday, March 17, 07)

THE CHALLENGE: Almost everyone has photos of someone in dreamland, those sweet sleeping babies and napping toddlers, even snoring hubbies! This is a challenge to scrap a dreamer. Don't forget about those kitty and dog napping photos pet lovers love to take! You may also interpret the challenge in the sense of hopes and plans, do you have your own dream or a big dream for someone in your life, or maybe you want to scrap a dream that someone close to you has. This is where wedding and graduation photos would work!

DEADLINE: You have until Saturday, March 17, 07 Midnight EST to post your LOs.

KITS: You may use any kit, preferably a DSP kit, and please ensure you provide proper credit and use keywords where available. There is lots of great dreaming/sleeping wordart available in the store for inspiration.

Well, I am sooo glad you have this challenge going on! I have so many pics of my eldest asleep - and not so many of the second one - hmmm..... need to take some new pics anyway! And I HAVE to have that kit, WOW Deb! But I notice you didn't seem to use your PS in doing the kit .... now now, how will you EVER learn it if you don't use it???? LOL! :lol:

The picture of my (now 15 month old) son a few days after he was born when he was in the NICU. He was born 9 weeks premature and was under 4 pounds, we caught him clasping his hands together like a little angel. It is one of my favorite pictures of him!

Hmmmm, so here's the story:

My oldest daughter, Wendy, loves purple. She took one look at the Entranced kit, and immediately gave me a list of things she wanted to go with it.

And so Entranced ... Again, was born:

This is one of our pups, asleep on the bed. After a few nights of her crying nonstop, we finally gave in, and let her up on the bed. (We're wusses) She still sleeps there, along with the other three pups. It's great for those cold, cold nights of winter.

Not nearly worth the amount of time spent on it I'm afraid! Oh well, it was a good exercise in patience. I wish you could see better the details in the treasure that I created from brads and elements from lots of different kits, as that was where most of the time went. The text from sk8rboy seemed particularly appropo. This over the top collage style is not my standard style so I am still getting the hang of how to balance it all.
