Ok I may be jumping the gun here but I am scared I missed my email since I just deleted :eek: 5000+ emails :eek: . I just signed up today for the ps paths so I very well may not have gotten it but just want to be sure. Can someone tell me...should I expect it within 24 hrs of signup or wait at least 48 before emailing the dean since I am a late addition?

oh you will LOOOOVE the paths class! Lisa is an awesome teacher . . . just don't give up! That first week is hard but once you learn it, you'll use it EVERY day!!

thanks Beth! Can you believe I am already through the whole lesson???!!!! I totally devoted all day too it between nursing the baby and doing laundry LOL and I am already done. How you ask???

Well truth be told I am no stranger to the pen tool...I actually use it religiously to remove things from their backgrounds in order to get nice clean edges that dont look cut up and using the pen tool and its curving ability allows me to do that better than say the lasso or polygon tool. What I didnt know but of course after my first lesson I do, is how to move control points because I want them to move not because it just sorta happened know what I mean?

Its really easy to end up with crazy curves that will look great when stroked but what good is it if you cant reproduce those curves because you dont know how or why you got them?

Thanks to Lisa and her fab-u-lous class I know now..and I can hit more than just the ctrl key when using my pen tool. =)

Did I mention you are a true inspiration to me? I just love your gorgeous kits and my dream is to become a DSP Designer. I even started a blog and will be updating regularly with kits that I am currently working on to hone my skills and hope to worthy of being a designer one day.

ok...I am done writing my book...LOL. I just love this place and Lisa for this great class..and you as my inspiration.:tup:
