Looking for a vintage style photo card

My mom will be turning 85 in May. I just acquired some photos of her as a child.
I thought it would be fun to scan one or two of the pictures and insert them into
a pre-made card template of some sort to use as an invitation to a family party that we will be having. Does anyone have suggestions for this sort of thing?
I am new to digital scrapping, and would prefer a plopper type set-up.
