I am using Photoshop CS2 and am using a "plopper"page where I just drag and drop pics onto the layout, I know I should already know how to do this by now, but
I am having a brain lapse  and cannot find the correct buttons in the CS2, (newly acquired) and am used to working in PS elements. My question?

How do I open a pic and cut it out in a circle shape and drag to my new page with the plopper on it? Please, I need step by step instructions. Thanks for any help on this. :)

I don't use PSCS2, but the easiest way would be to just copy the photo over as a new layer, then move that layer below the plopper ... no cutting (or glue!) necessary! ... providing the plopper is a transparent .PNG file with a window cut out already.

Otherwise, I believe you need to do something with the Shapes tool, that part I am not familiar with, sorry!

Liz, thanks for the advice but it not a plopper where the holes are empty for pics it is a flattened image and you just drag/drop the pics onto the top of it. Thanks anyway!

you can do it a few ways (which is classic photoshop!) but you can use the cirlce marquee tool and drag a circle the size you want over your photo, then hit copy. then on your plopper window, hit paste!
