Shooting at Virginia Tech

There was a shooting at Virginia Tech today. At least 22 dead and 17 injured so far. Please pray for those students and their families.

I was watching CNN when the first news came in.
At first there was talk about "only" 1 person killed and then suddenly came this terrible message that it's 22 and also 21 are wounded.
Right now there is this update....31 people killed...I simply cannot believe this is real.
I'm so so sorry for all those involved.

It is so sad that these things have to happen to innocent kids - my son was there when the Santana shooting happened - in fact, he was shot at just after he left the bathroom where the shooter was, but he hit the ground just in time. & of his friends from his Spanish class were shot.

There is no easy way to deal with this kind of tragedy, only God can comfort those affected. Our grief counselors shocked all parents when they told us to send the kids right back to school the next day. We thought it was crazy, but it turned out to be the best thing for the kids.

My prayers go out to all - being a parent and having to locate your kids when these things happen is a nightmare. I lived through it and hope I never have to go through that again.

This is terrible! Our niece and her fiance go to Va. Tec. Fortunately there were no harm. but I can't imagine being the family of those lost. I'm sneding my thought for those people.
