I love using kits in different ways than the obvious theme. With Becky Soto's Rough and Ready KitI used it for a Wedding Evening Layout (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=179606&cat=500&ppuser=4243) and the evening party theme worked perfectly with the grungy feel of the kit.

I used the peach background blended with my photo to achieve a brighter photo. I love the word art overlay and used it with my photo along with the tied ribbon. You Inspire Me (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=182708&cat=994)

Here's my Mother's Day layout using Becky Soto's beautiful Elegantly Lilac Plopper Plus. This layout was sooooooo easy to do! I just plopped down all the layers, then removed one photo layer to make room for my journaling tag. It was a snap!! And I added Tina's wonderful Mother word art for the finishing touch!

This is a layout I made using MKCDaisy's photo of her cousin, Maggie Anne. MKCDaisy won the Who, What, Where Challenge sponsored by the DET and I was so honored to be the DET member she chose to create this layout. I couldn't have started with a more beautiful photo - I hope she loves it!

Becky's Rustic Realm Page Kit was made for this photo. Really. The ash and gold colors blended so beautifully with Maggie Anne's hair - and the browns match her eyes to perfection!

A recent photo of my granddaughter that my daughter sent me. I used VP filters on it for contrast and tint after converting it to B&W.

I love the lime and peach colors in Becky's charming kit, so soft and summery...it just looks like a yummy sherbet, and the elements are just too much fun!

I added some of Marcee's Designer Swirl Brushes for an extra touch of whimsy.

This kit is incredibly well named. It is Exquisite (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=192212&cat=500&ppuser=4243) and the blues and lace in it are truly that. It is the blue of gorgeous flowers or a perfect sky.

My granddaughters love elevator rides! So they really get excited when we go for a walk at Grandma's - because it always means an adventure in the elevator!

I used one of the two most fabulous ploppers from Becky's French Enchantment Plopper Pair. Not only are these ploppers the bomb, but this one let me use some of my cute-but-not-so-great photos to make one fabulous layout!!

It's so hard sometimes scrapping with a plopper! I feel so - well - guilty. A layout shouldn't come together so quickly and easily and make your pictures look so amazing. It should take hard work and sweat! At least you should try and add something of your own to add personality. Unfortunately, Becky's Mercurial Reds Plopper (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7337) is perfect all by itself and makes my pictures look so good I just hate to take credit for it.

I love the grunged up papers and muted soft blues and browns in Birthday Blues Page Kit (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7909) by Becky Soto. It is perfect for boys but the neutral palette offers endless choices. My grandson just had a birthday so I used it for 2 layouts.

The LO I created with Becky's Birthday Blues Page Kit (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=7909)came together so easily. The combination of grungy papers and fun and funky elements made the photos of my DS's 12 birthday shine!

Mark just somehow seemed to match this kit. He isn't all about pretty colours and fluff, he needs some serious grunge to set him apart... Aside from a little recolouring of the paper (to green) so it would better match Mark's shirt - this kit is a serious contender for GREAT boy birthday shots! Love it, Becky, BIG A+ from me...

Becky Soto's Indelible kit is so full of those fresh greens with great texture and some different metal pieces - and a little bit of retro! Looks great on a layout -

I used it for What's in a Signature? (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=264380&ppuser=72609)

Such gorgeous colors in Becky's Ambrosia (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=8468) kit. I love the fantastic floral patterns and textures in the papers. I also love it when I can use a kit that at first blush seems only reserved for heritage LOs or formal/fancy photos. Really you can set the tone by how you put it together, use the elements and ultimately (IMO) by the journaling.

I finally got to use Tear It Up page kit (http://store.digitalscrapbookplace.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=8658) by Becky Soto! The torn frame is so awesome and the folds on the background papers give it that perfect grungy feel. Just right for my two boys!
