Sizing a shape?

I have a ? on sizing a shape?

When I insert a shape I drag it to the size I want. What I would like to do is put in the measurements so I can get an exact size. Is this possible in DIP 9?

I am not sure about DIP 9 but Suite 2006 has a ruler. I have used the ruler to enlarge for a certain size. Like a 4" square. It is under view in my version. The rulers also move up and down so you can use both of them.

Yes I do have that ruler but I find it hard to use and I would just like to punch in the size I want.
