Best external hard drive?

I'm still pretty new to digi scrapping but already sense the need for an external hard drive. Any advice on brands? TIA!

I have 4 different externals, 2 seagates, an Iomega and a Western Digital, the Western Digital failed after about a week and was replaced and I haven't had any problems since (about 2yrs) the others have been fine, but I disconnect them all after updating :)

I have a 300 GB Maxtor external that I have had no issues with and also a 60 GB portable external drive that connects with only a USB. Both have been good so far.

They are all very close in quality these days so my advice is to go for the best warrenty and price.
