It's difficult to narrow a favorite when I don't see that many movies! Fun trip through Memory Lane, though, looking for posters!

Love this movie. Making Halloween costumes for Troy and me, but they're not done yet SO I decided to virtually make us Buttercup and Westley. Not my best head changing job, but it's a small photo and fun for a few days!
I just can't help smiling when I look at this!

Mine is Armageddon.

I have yet to make it through the movie with boo hoo'ing when Harry tells his daughter he won't be coming home. so sad!

okay, all my favorite movies are up (thanks to the lovely laura!)
harry potter, titanic, princess bride, lord of the rings, the passion of the christ, and shawshank redemption! :D i'm not a movie watcher, i can't sit still that long. but i can for these! some say i have a short attention spa... hey, is that a new post?? Ü
oh, how did i miss the pirates of penzance???? it's so stupid it's funny! it's a comic opera. :eek: "i am the very model of a modern major general" sung *really* fast is now going thru my head...
okay, all seven are up now! "he is the very model of a modern major general..."

Here is mine.......... I'm guessing most people won't be shocked, but it was a tough choice for me!!

The flashing avatars looks all dark and weird to me, must be my internet accelerator?? Boohooo.........

Tina, my avatar is dark, so not sure if that is the problem for you. The movie pics for them were dark, if I lightened them, the gorgeous hunks would not be viewable(which really sucks)...LOL But Margie's isn't dark, not sure why you would have difficulty seeing them...and of course, we can always blame it on the pc....roflmbo.

To all who were wondering, the avatars are fairly easy to make (the flashing ones) and even rolling ones. But it takes a quite a few steps.

If you are interested let me know...I am seeing if some can post a poll to see 'exactly' how many want to know....

My favorite movie is Christmas Vacation!!! I watch it year round, can't tell you how many times I've seen it.

Those with Paint Shop Pro probably have it's companion, Animation Shop - which simply makes an animated gif file out of the photos you choose. You can choose transitions between the photos, but it makes for a larger file. I shrunk my posters to a size of 125 on the largest side, then made them square. Animation Shop figures out a color palette to shrink all of your photos down and use the same 256 colors -- then also compresses it to a small enough file size, you choose how long you want each one to show. I used to use a Microsoft Gif Animator which was free. You'd resize your images and then paste them into the animator.
