Hello Issues

Gosh, how is that for a confusing title. So what I really want to know is: a week or two ago, during the digital de-lights chat, Kim said something about a clean up utility for hello and to PM her for details. I PM'd her but haven't heard back, I think she might be busy w/ her dd's competition. So anyway, does anybody know anything about this utility? I did a search on the web, but since I don't have a clue what I am looking for, it wasn't very successful. I would appreciate any info that anyone has.

Press the "Clean Up Now" button, and try running Hello again.

If you still receive the error, change the Advanced menu options before
running the Cleanup.

1. Open Hello Cleanup
2. Click Advanced
3. Select Remove All Files
4. Click "Clean up Now"

Using the Advanced option will reset your Hello profile (the profile
can be
easily reconfigured), and your chat history. The cleanup will not
affect your Hello Friends List because that information is stored on
the server.

Thanks Kim! This is perfect. I will give it a try, plus it will be great for anyone else having trauma with hello.
