My elements are organized. Now what?

I have looked to figure this out, but maybe I just don't know the right terms.
I have Paint Shop ProX. I have my new page, with nothing on it, and I want to
use my newly organized elements that I just finished categorizing in ACDSee Photo Manager.
I want to use a blue paper background.
I use the browser in PSPX, find ACDsee, and click through everything, but none of my organized stuff is there.
So, I went to FAQ, and found some directions to make PSPX and ACDsee work together. The problem is, I wasn't able to follow the directions from the midpoint on...I had to click way more OK's than in the directions, and the directions assumed that I have more knowledge than I do.
Can anybody PLEASE walk me through, slowly, how to make my ACDsee organized elements show up in my PSPX browser so that I just have to click and drag????
I will give you my next child! (ok, I'm beyond having children, but you get the point of my desperation, right?)

Well, Maggie, I can't help you but mind if I hang around with you waiting for an answer? I'm just starting to use both of these programs so any little tidbit will help!

I don't use ACDSee but...can't you just find the paper you need in ACDSee and drag it into PSPX???

1. Open up PSPX and minimize
2. Open up ACDSee and find the paper you want
3. Drag the paper to the PSP icon in your task bar and just hold it there a couple of seconds until PSP pops up.
4. Drop the paper into PSP
