I absolutely adore this kit! I see you are asking about the addon. I would love to have had an alpha to match that brown dotted paper. Also, maybe a smaller lace heart like the big one, and maybe a white flower with the orangey color in the center, maybe some brads in the metal of the frame would be nice. A vellum pocket with some stitching all around it (except the top :)). what about a pink ribbon and that brown ribbon twisted together? and a holder on top of it. that would be pretty. I will post again if i think of more stuff :)
