Help me, I must have registered, because it always says Welcome Laurihill, but I want to take a class, and I can't get anything to work. I'm told the email address is invalid. That must mean I typed my email address wrong, because I only have one email. So, should I re-register, and if so, where do I do that? I have been hunting all over. I have a feeling it won't bring up the registration page because I am already signed in. Hope this makes sense, and someone can help me out...............thanks.............lauri

I just remembered, I have gotten email from this site to my email addy, so it not taking my email at the check out page doesn't make sense. Oh yeah, I checked, no cap lock is not on (haha).
Have you registered in the store? It's not "connected" with DSP, so you have another account there
Let us know how it goes!

I was trying to purchase Tina's class last night after our chat and I couldn't get into the store either. I get to the point where you click on the "sign yourself in" and when I click on it I get an error, "Identity Certificate is Invalid". Sandi was trying to help me but we were never able to make it work. I work on a Macintosh and used both Internet Explorer and Safari to try to get to the re-registation page. I hope you can help me. The deadline to sign up is today.
I should mention, I was able to register and use the store before the changes were made.
And don't worry.....Still Happy2bhere,
Wendy
ACK! I just jumped in, and now the water is completely over my head!
If it's not an easy answer, I defer to the DSP Gods of Sandi, Amanda, and Margie...or SAM...
Someone help these credit-card weilding shoppers! So glad you're still happy to be here, so am I
I need a "dripping with sarcasm" smiley. There are NEVER enough of those to go around for me! :D

No, we're having a Mac-Attack of some sort! :) The store doesn't like Mac users at the moment, but we sure do!! Tech Support's working on it right now. Don't worry though, you can always call in an order to 866-814-9612. The number's in the store too. It's after hours right now, but if you email, we'll certainly let you get in at today's rate! :) And btw, Wendy's taken care of now, but anyone else feel free to call tomorrow or email anytime! :) And we'll get it fixed soon hopefully!
