Today starts off week #3 of our Affirmation Challenge. If you are just joining us, the first two weeks we scrapped something we liked about ourselves, and then something we didn't like but wanted to change about ourselves. Feel free to jump in anytime! :)
A little bit ago my Mother sent me a link to this neat site. They have "positive affirmation cards", which you click to shuffle and then you can randomly choose one for yourself. I was skeptical, as I don't usually do that sort of thing, but the very first card I picked hit how I was feeling that day right on the head! So, I wanted to share them here, and incorporate the positive feeling of affirmation it (hopefully :)) will give you into a layout. Here is the link for the Affirmation Cards (http://www.vitalaffirmations.com/pool/affirmation-cards.htm?hmirm=m_fac). (I am in no way promoting anything on that site, particularly as I've never seen anything other than the cards, just to make that known. I found the cards, however, to be an easy and free way to give myself a little boost when I needed it.) Choose one of the cards, and create a layout around it, using the affirmation it gives you. If you prefer, you may come up with your own positive affirmation, and do your layout around that. Think happy thoughts about yourself!! :)
