The challenge for next week is Creative Journaling - using the text of journaling as a design feature of the page rather than an afterthought. If you don't want journaling to be on the web I suggested using Lorem Ipsum (http://www.lipsum.com/) as a place holder and to make tour page look good. One would think you could simply type nonsense, but it is surprisingly difficult to do, to look right. The site is fun to look at and interesting to read.

You may use any of products for the challenge so long as they are from my shelf in the store! Please do give a store link when you post - thanks!

We are going to be away in Namibia (where we are lucky to have an electric socket let alone internet acess lol..) so I will not be at T42 28th June & 5th July - any volunteers to be Hostess?

What a fun challenge. I used Meryl's Vanilla kit and scraplifted her idea to use text as an extension of a path.

I'm still playing with trying to make my text follow a path in Corel Photopaint, but in the meantime, the best I could come up with is making it contour around my picture. So, here's my LO, Pig Paradise (http://www.digitalscrapbookplace.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=194406&cat=2621). Meryl, I want to apologize for using your lovely Blossom Bower Kit to feature a pig, but the colors worked so well with the photo! :o

Cathiemarie, I think the poll is removed after the chat which was at 4am this morning my time, it's now 3.26pm so it's long gone.

I take the poll down immediately after chat as the winner is declared at chat so there is no point in leaving it up. I could leave it up but that might cause some confusion if people carry on voting after a winner has been decided.
