That is a great layout, I am going to be trying one with sunflowers also, as my neice has a photo of her in a huge sunflower field and the lighting and colors are just vibrant! Are the sunflowers you used, brushes, tubes? Or what?

I got those sunflowers from a stock photography book that I picked up at a garage sale. It has hundreds of great photos printed in the book and then there is a CD in it with the digital images.

I found the background then cut one of the sunflowers out of the background using the lasso tool and used it to make the line of sunflowers down the side.

I'm going to be keeping my eyes open for more books like that.

Those are my two faves.

I love your title typography, very well done. You're pretty good at this. Next thing I'd work on is the journaling typography; take a peek at some layouts you like and take note of the journaling text for ideas
