I have been fiddling with my sons cs3. In the menu down the right side where there is Color/Swatches/Styles if I look in Styles it spits up tiny square icons with patterns on them. These are very limited I think. Is there somewhere I can download some super nice ones free? And where do I install them. I did try googling styles and got all sorts of stuff which I couldnt figure out. I just want some styles to put in this menu to add to the ones already there. Are they called patterns too or is that something else? Thanks!

You can make your own or you can go to the Adobe Studio Exchange where you can download lots and lots and lots of free styles - and other things - brushes patterns etc etc etc _ they are called Styles -patterns are a different thing altogether. FYI - DSU 211 and 311 teach you how to make lots and lots of great styles for scrapbooking

if you click on the little "carrot" or tiny gray circle with a black triangle/arrow in it, you'll open the pop up menu. There will be more categories at the bottom so you can load other patterns or styles. If you want to load some you downloaded, on that same pop up menu choose Load Styles.
Once you get a lot, you'll use Edit>Preset Manager to organize them.
