I used Kim's fabulous Viva Las Vegas page kit from this month's featured CD for this layout about my home town casino. I've never been to Las Vegas - but this kit is fabulous for any casino layout, and the elements are gorgeous and could be used for many other types of layouts as well!

I can't even begin to say enough about this awesome kit! I was so excited when I opened it up and saw all those fabulous papers and elements. I have a whole photo album of our trip to Disney in 1990/91 and there are even more elements in the kit I haven't even used yet......and Tina and Suzanne's Scraps of Words Road Trip Word Art has all the perfect little quotes for travel pages.....I'll be using these kits many times over for this album!

Journaling reads:
In the wee hours of the morning on December 31, 1990, we set off from my parents' house in Cape Coral, Florida, for our first trip with the kids to Disney World Orlando. It is a three hour drive and the kids couldn't wait! Our first stop was the Caribbean Beach Resort where we were staying. As with everything Disney, our room was awesome and we were able to take a shuttle to anywhere in Disney we wanted to go. I was lucky I got the kids to stand still for pictures - they couldn't wait to see Mickey & Minnie!

I love this page kit of Meryl's (found on the new Scraps of Fun - Destination USA CD) - and since I've never been to New York, I decided it was perfect for this heritage layout of my dad and his cousins in their fashionable swimwear (fashion starts in New York anyway, right?) :)

This kit has a lot of fabulous New York embellishments in it, but is very versatile - it will work for many styles of layouts!

The first day of our winter vacation and trip to Florida in 1990. I'm having so much fun with these road trip kits! This one is the Item of the Week too :)

I also used Kim's You Are My Focal Point quick click and word art from the Scraps of Words Road Trip CD, so creating this layout was a snap!
