I need to use my xternal HD to back up files as well as provide a mirror image of my files so I can take it with whenever I travel. I want to have the ability to work on dig scrapbooking when I am away & have the HD mirror everything back on my internal HD when I hook them back up again once home again. The files on both hard drives should be identical along with any changes I make to either one. The Synctoy should have worked for this but I got a message saying my path names were too long. Can anyone advise me as to what I need to use?

I was using Good Sync (http://www.goodsync.com/) until I had to reimage my computer. I haven't reinstalled the program yet, but your message reminded me to do so.

The program is pretty good and it's free (although I do think there is a pay version that has more options).
