no chat room showing

goodness what have I done. Only one chat room is showing and it is locked?
One starts in 4 min oh! my! Help

have no clue, just checking in. Is it fixed yet? Did you email customer service?

I rebooted the machine finally and when it came back up I had all the chat rooms. I was all ready to chat had everything open and what a let down. I was about 30 minutes late but got the first time scrap completed. Pretty basic but it was a start. I was so flustered I spelled my grandsons name worng. You know it's awful if something comes between a Digi scrapper and her chat:-)
