Curled Edges/Rolled Paper

I've seen pages where people have curled their edges, folded them and rolled the papers. How do you do this in Photoshop Elements 5?

you can buy templates with matching style shadows if that's any help

Jennifer, it is possible to do this in PSE, however it takes a ton of work. Basically you cut the part you want rolled, add texture and TONS of shading.
