Hi all! While my faithbook is coming along slowly but surely, I have been asked to attend my church's youth camp to teach an elective on faithbooking. My subjects (mwhahah! :p ) will be youth in grades 6-12, and may or may not know anything about scrapbooking. This will be paper-based, not digital. I have the supplies I need. Does anyone have any ideas or notes for how to go about this? I've thought I might use the prompts, along with ideas from the keynote speaker's message of the day. Anything else?

What a great idea. And it looks like you have all your ducks in a row there with the supplies; prompts and keynotes. I can't think of anything else you could add.

Those are great ideas. What a wonderful journal for kids to have during those turbulent, angst-filled teenage years :) I would add ideas like

"How are you different from your non-believing friends?"
"How can you share your faith without being labeled a 'weirdo' ?"
"What are your favorite Bible stories and why"
"Who are your Faith Heroes (from the Bible, or even more importantly, your real-life heroes)?"

Just a couple of ideas. If I think of any more, I'll post them here! When is the camp?

What an awesome idea! I saw a book about "Faithbooking" at the scrapbook convention I just came back from. I think Memory Makers was the booth. I googled it and there are lots of links but I didn't post them cause I wasn't sure about this sites guidelines for posting links... google it, you'll find a lot of ideas!
