Would Love feedback and suggestions

I want to do a scrapbook page for my beloved cat that has past. I want it to have that WOW factor and I am too much of a newbie to have those skills so hoping to get feedback on what would make this page great. I only choose the background paper because it matched her eyes so any suggestions that might look better please don't hesitate to let me know.
