Hi everyone! I am making my nieces scrapbooks and I was wondering when to give it to them. I had always planned to wait until they were adults but they know about them and are always begging to see them! Do you let your kids/family see theirs? What works for you? Thanks so much!

Hi :-)
How old are your nieces?
I have two boys - 5 and 3 years old and they´ll not get their little hands on their scrapbook stuff until they´re a lot older ;-)
I think they should some what know what it means and get the idea of how much work there is put into the pages before givening it to them. Age... It depends, I guess. Girls are usually faster growing up than boys.
the nice thing about digi is you can print lots of copies! My kids have a small book for the diaper bag and church, etc, and the large album with page protectors they cannot touch w/o supervision. you can laminate the smaller version to protect the pages, too. Also, send the web files for their parents to use as screen savers, make a DVD slide show, etc, so they can look at them all they want. We also use ours as screen savers on our TV (pause live or recorded shows), and the kids often watch it and reminisce together before they remember to turn the show back on!
