Is there a possibility of ever having a laptop crop in San Antonio, TX?

Sure! Just put one together and announce it here in the forums!

If you want an official DSP one...then you may have to wait a while. We do DSP events based on other scrapbooking events (trade shows and conventions) and of course can't make it everywhere. We do have classes and crops in Dallas quite often if you are willing to travel and I believe we might be having one in Houston next summer as well.

Yay Houston!!! Do you know where in Houston it might be? I am about an hour away from the southwest side of Houston. Please, please say it's going to be in Sugarland or Missouri City :D :D :D

hey, I'm just in Austin and would love to go to a crop. Pick a place and time and holler here, we'll show up!

It could be at a house, or clubhouse, church, rec center, etc. Friday nights seem to work best for people who are driving.

Okay. I will try and set one up. What specifics do I need to plan for? Power strips, etc? I have not done this before and I am sure that it would be easy to overlook the obvious.

some things to consider other than location and time would be seating, power strips, and food (if you want people to pack in or go out). Potluck snacks are always fun.

I'll bring all DSP CD stash for people to buy, that's always fun!
