:) If you paid for it, it's commercial, if you charge for it, it's commercial ... if you pay for the elements, papers, etc. then the kit is commercial. If you draw or create the papers and elements with your own little hands, then it's not commercial ... hope that helps. :)

You will need to check the terms of use in every single item you purchase to check if you are allowed tod o waht you are doing. - Every company has different terms of use

Personally, I view the kits that I purchase from here as something that stays on my computer and within my use. I give away a lot of my printed layouts as gifts but would never think of just sharing my purchased kits (in whole or in part) with anyone.

The designers earn their income from their kits. If I give away their work, even in little parts here and there, I am taking away their potential income.

All of the items that I have purchased have been for personal use. I did not pay the commercial fee. It is my understanding that I can not sell my completed layout. In order for me to sell my finished layouts, I would need to purchase the commercial version of the kit.

In order to make money from any item purchased from DSP you will need to purchase the commercial use license .
I cant speak for other designers but each item you purchase should come with a terms of use file which will explain what you can and can not do

Many terms of use ( including those of products sold at DSP ) dont allow distribution in an electronic format regardless of whether money changes hands or not - as I mentioned earlier you must read the terms of use carefully of each item
