ideas for Dovedesign's Her Eyes Layout:
-change photo to black and white
-add something in the top right corner (seems bare)
-make the swirls stand out more
-swirly border around the photo the same coloring as the beaded border
-photo bigger, word art smaller
-a mat to help the photo stand out more
-title and photo fight for attention right now (maybe make one the focal point)
-softer font to match the girlie look
-get rid of the jewels
-tilt or brighten up the photo (more contrast)
-texture of word art seems inconsistent with the rest of the layout (WA is rough, the rest is soft and elegant)
-use elegant script for the quote
-maybe some journaling
-swirly fonts
-use word art as a border rather than the bead thing
-some more blues to make the eyes pop (in the background and elements)
-you could recolour her eyes to make em pop more add a layer above change blen to colour reduce opacity to 20 - 30% use colour picker to get the eye colour then paint over the iris

-move jewels closer to the edge and mirror them with a blue element in the upper right corner
