you've been asking and we've been hoping to offer these! (the reminder function in the calendar here doesn't work yet, but hopefully will soon. you'll be able to set reminders for whichever events you want.) for now, how about reminders for all the DSP events right in your inbox??! sign up for the DSPEVENTS list and you'll receive notices about each event around this place! no chit chat, it's an announcement only list, so you'll never miss another crop or contest! there's a button on the home page or click here! www.DSPEvents.com

This is great...... Suzi- I did forget my kid once at preschool- the teacher had to call me to remind me to pick up my sweet little girl. Opps- I got busy at work and forgot. :(

Yikes Angie, thats not good!
I never remember things, so I write notes everywhere, but then I forget to look at them, so now when I need to do something at home, I just email myself. I NEVER forget to read my email! lol
you can tell where my priorities lie eh?

It appears that I need to join a Yahoo group to receive the reminders, is this correct? Do I just go through the process to join the group, then I will have to wait for approval, etc. etc.??? Will the reminders just come to my e-mail or will I need to check the Yahoo site? Sorry for so many questions! Thanks.

yes, its a yahoo group. Join, ask for regular emails and all the reminders will come to your email that you use when you join. Its a no chat list, so all you will get is event reminders

and there is automatic approval of membership - you wont have to wait - so long as you choose individual emails you will get mail to your inbox and wont have to go to the yahoo website.

Thanks ladies! That is a perfect set-up. I mistakenly put in some wrong options in a Yahoo group previously. I got an e-mail for every post to the message board...and it was a busy place! I just wanted to double check the process before I signed up.
