The Challenge: Well being that the new year is upon us I got to thinking about new years resolutions and thought hmmmm....its generally a time for change and big ideas of how we can make the new year better, how we can treat ourselves or others better, and just an overall feeling of a new beginning. While change is good...try and scrap something that you don't want to change, something that you want to last forever.

Maybe its your spouse's sense of humor, your child's huge imagination, or a family tradition of x-mas morning at the grandparents house, or your Saturday morning cup of joe at the local cafe with your best girlfriend. Those are just a few ideas to get you started. And of course you will still the get the posting bonus regardless of using the challenge idea but I would really love to see these answers!!!

Vicki (LisasMom) gave me the idea of keeping a notebook. In the first column, put the date the layout is due; in the next column, the name of the challenge; in the third column, the name of the kit to be used; the fourth column has the keyword of the kit; the fifth column has Gallery/Forum....you place a check mark when you have posted to the Gallery and then to the Forum. This works really well...I also put a check mark by the date due when I have posted my layout. Hope this helps.

That's a great tip Alice! Being an electronic person, I think I'll do the same thing but in a spreadsheet.

What I already do:
I keep all my new kits in a folder until I've used them. As a subfolder, I have a Club Digital folder where I keep all the Club Digital stuff until the end of the month. I have another folder called 'Challenges' and I put my challenge kits in there until I've used them.

Here is my lo with Holiday Grunge. The blue paper reminded me of my granddaughter's eyes but when I pulled a photo in it wasn't quite the right shade so I ended up tinting it a bit. I did a lo similar for her brother when he was a baby with very blue eyes that said "dont ever change the light in your eyes" but I forgot to add that line, I will later.
