PSP7 curved text

How do i create curved or other shaped text in PSP 7. I can create a vector text and move it around resize etc but can't seem to get it to do that wavy thing or follow an outline

have to use the pen tool to draw the line (that creates a vector curve, which is like "placeholder" for vector color info, but doesn't have any on it yet). Click one point and drag, then click another point and the two points will be connected by a curved line. You can drag the handles around and move the points to create some cool stuff. The more points you click the longer the line or more curves you'll create. If you do anything more complicated than a wavy line, you'll need a tutorial, but start simple and have fun!

Then click the text tool on the line, and it'll follow it!
