My 3 year old was recently (beggining of the month) hospitalized for 4 days with MRSA. She had surgery to cut out the infection. (She's doing great now BTW, almost healed) And I want to scrap some of the MANY photos I took. I am just having issues with wich ones to choose. I want to cover the whole event, so I might do a 4 page spread, one page for each day. But if you guys would help me decide what photos work best Id REALLLLLLY apreciate the help. You can view them (all 80 something  ) at http://www.flickr.com/photos/snaprebelx/sets/72157603417441686/

Thank you all!

Hi Snaperbelx!

First I just want to say I'm happy to hear your daughter is doing better. I am new to digital scrapping and have the same problem you're having...too many photos of a single event. I was feeling really overwhelmed because I don't want to leave any photos out so I started looking around this website and found premade templates that can hold tons of photos per page. I plan on downloading a few today and giving them a try. I figure I can use a template that has one or two larger photos and just add all the others as small pics. There's even one template that I think has room for 27 photos. I probably have 100 to scrap. I'd love to see what you end up doing with your layout!

Oh, wowowowowowoww!!! I'm so glad to hear that she's doing well - that sounds like such a frightening ordeal. HUGS!!!

Hmmmmmmmmmmm... Have you seen the awesome Quick Clicks int he store? THere're soooo many great ones that would fit tons of photos... I would hate to leave ANY out... I haven't had a peek yet, but I know that the ones I treasure of my Sam when he was in the NICU are actually the scary-looking ones... With the tubes and blinking lights... They remind me of how lucky we are that he's here and healthy, you know? So, I would gravitate to the ones that hold the most emotion for you. :) I'll be very anxioius to see what you'll end up with! Please do come show us!!

Oh, golly, I am back - wow you have soooo many moving photos!!! I love the first one - where she's in her hospital gown, looking down perhaps over the atrium!!! WOW! Then the one of her sleeping - that lighting is sublime!!! And it totally cracks me up - I can tell that you've got the photographer's eye absolutely - Belle is positioned PERFECTLY on the pillow - it looks like they're just cuddling there in bed! And the flim flackin' cars slippers!!!! What a HOOT!!

I think I'd pick one from each "moment" - like the walk, the breakfast, the time playing and watching movies, the nurse, definitely playing with the iv in her hand - you'll be amazed at how fast you forget about that..... OMG- going to surgery in the wagon!!! WOW!!! That has so many emotions with her sweet, darling, cheerful little face! Aaaaaaaaw, now I'm in the post-op ones... Definitely lots of those - they'll really bring back memories for you guys! The toe sensor - I have a similar one of Sam...... Wow! YOu HAVE SOO MANY!!!

Okay. I must stop - I'm all weepy and I don't even know you guys... But man, these are going to be some majorly awesome pages!!! :) :) If you're interested, I'm running a challenge with a 2-page quick click as the posting bonus. I hate to try to sell you... LOL, but holler at me if you're interested and I'll get you more info! Otherwise, do check out the quick clicks - there are many that have multiple photo places!!! And PLEAAAAAASE holler when you're done - I'm dying to see!!!

Thanks for the responses guys!!!! I ended up just not bieng able to choose because there were just way to many that I had to have in there, so I am making a storybook of sorts. Im calling it "Your MRSA Story", and Im pretty much narrating to Shelby what went on while she was there. I have 8 pages done already in my gallery, and I am posting one almost everyday. Sometimes challenges are taking my attention away, I am loving those!! And we are still having a bit of a health battle with her on what appears to be a antibiotic resistant ear infection, which the doctor tells me is not MRSA, but I still worry. She seems to be better though. Hoping Monday she gets a clean bill.

Anywho, thanks for the very helpful suggestions!!
